Director Neil Jordan weaves a wonderfully surreal and magical tale to bring us this funny, moving and poignant rites of passage account of a young man enduring the trials and tribulations he faces with a smile and unwavering faith in the inherent goodness in us all.

When a burglary to raise funds goes awry, Michael s lovesick suicidal neighbor (Jodie Whitaker) kills one of the goons who come to collect and he is forced to go on the run. Dragging along his neighbor- not to mention his foul- mouthed, death-obsessed father (played by Oscar winner Jim Broadbent) - Michael has to stay one step ahead of the crime world while keeping his dad one step ahead of the Grim Reaper (Gabriel Byrne). Written by acclaimed playwright Mark O'Rowe and directed by Ian Fitzgibbon, Perrier's Bounty is a cult favorite perfect for fans of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and In Bruges.
